PAYMENT AND SHIPPING
The following terms and conditions apply:
Delivery Locations: We deliver within Germany and to the following countries: Austria, Switzerland (excluding customs fees), France, Spain. Shipping Method: All shipments are made via DHL. Shipping Costs (including VAT): Domestic Deliveries (Germany): We charge a flat shipping fee of €4.99 per order. For orders of €75.00 or more, we offer free shipping. International Deliveries: We charge a flat shipping fee for the aforementioned countries as follows: €6.99. For orders of €75.00 or more, shipping to the aforementioned countries is free. Special Rates for Switzerland: For orders up to €74.99, the shipping fee is €9.90. For orders of €75.00 or more, delivery to Switzerland is free.
Delivery Times: Unless a different period is specified in the item description, domestic deliveries (Germany) are made within 3-5 days and international deliveries within 5-10 days after the conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed upon, after the time of your payment instruction). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time you have ordered.
